Reiki is something that has been part of my life long before I formally studied it.

Since I was young, through sports and injuries, I naturally developed the habit of placing my hands on areas of the body that needed attention. Over time, I became aware of a strong sense of warmth and focus through touch — something I used instinctively, both on myself and with others.

This sensitivity has always been part of my work as well.

Tattooing, for me, has never been just a technical process, but a moment of focus, presence and exchange. Many clients naturally relax during sessions, sometimes even falling asleep, and I’ve often felt how important touch, attention and energy are within that experience.

For a long time, I remained skeptical about holistic practices in general , mainly due to its often mystical or religious interpretations.

What led me to explore it more seriously was discovering the traditional Japanese Reiki approach — a grounded, practical method focused on technique and direct experience.

I recently completed my first level of training in traditional Japanese Reiki, and I will continue to deepen my practice over time.

Reiki sessions are gentle and focused, working on relaxation, stress reduction and restoring balance between body and mind.

During sessions, people often reach a deep state of calm, sometimes falling asleep, with a noticeable sense of physical and mental release.

Sessions take place in a quiet and private environment, with only one client at a time.
